Help Manage My Debt, Inc.
Stopping Debt Collection Abuse!

Your Source on the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).
Helping Consumers Locate FDCPA and Bankruptcy Attorneys.

Are you being abused by debt collectors or collection attorneys; are creditors calling you relentlessly at inconvenient times trying to collect your old debt; are bill collectors talking to other people about the debt you owe; are you considering filing bankruptcy; or do you need help finding an attorney who can sue debt collectors?

If you answered yes, we can help. Check out our services below.

Help Manage My Debt, Inc. is dedicated to help improve the lives of consumer debtors who are being mistreated, harassed, and abused by debt collectors or collection attorneys. Debt collectors and collection attorneys violate state and federal laws, including the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), the Truth in Lending Act (TILA), and the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) every day. Their violations often go unpunished because most consumer debtors do not know the best way to contact a consumer law attorney who is experienced with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
We intend to educate consumers about debt collection laws and eliminate debt collection abuse. We also intend to create a direct link between consumers and attorneys who practice bankruptcy law and bring Fair debt collection practice act (FDCPA) lawsuits.
If you would like to learn more about debt collection laws or if you would like to contact an attorney, please refer to our attorney or Consumer services pages.

Allied Interstate is one of the famous collection agencies. As i was doing research on it I found very interesting information about Allied Interstate. These are consumers that have suffered from Collection Agency's practices...

Having a financial business entails certain risks. I think that is why there are situations wherein people who have debts get harassed: because they know that no one has ever been jailed due to the non-fulfillment of financial obligations.
